Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
At Wayland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we strive to provide joy and quality of life, even in life’s last moments.
We welcome you. From the moment you step into Wayland Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will notice how unique we are. We’re a small, elegant facility offering the best care available in a modern, climate-controlled, central air-conditioned, fully carpeted, tastefully appointed homey environment. Quality of life comes first here.
The immaculate, contemporary appearance of Wayland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is not all that sets it apart. We have the extra advantage of being small, which enables us to spend time and get to truly know our residents and their families. The staff is comprised of experienced and courteous professionals from all healthcare specialty areas. Certified nurses’ aides and licensed nurses provide 24-hour care and our health care team includes an in-house rehabilitation department.
We enjoy a reputation for serving terrific meals. Our registered dietitian, who manages the dietary department, ensures that all residents are served appetizing and nutritious meals. Meals include linen tablecloths and fine china. They are served in our elegantly chandeliered dining room. In addition, the recreational needs of the residents are met by our activity department, which is headed by our tireless and very creative recreational therapist.
Co-owner Sandra Guidrey, RN, CNP, has served as the Executive Director of Wayland Nursing and Rehab for over 30 years and as the facility’s Nurse Practitioner for the past 15 years.
